Overview
FL7500W Computerized Metallurgical Microscopy is a three-eye transparent reflection upright Metallurgical Microscopy, suitable for microscopic observation of opaque or transparent objects. The instrument is equipped with an epitope and transmission illumination system, a long-range flat-field color difference elimination objective, a large-field eyepiece and a built-in polarization observation device. It has the characteristics of clear image, good contrast and easy operation. It is an ideal instrument for research in biology, metallography, mineralogy, precision engineering, electronics, etc. It is suitable for schools, scientific research, factories and other departments.
Features
1. Observation system: trinocular observation tube, single visibility adjustable, lens tube tilted 30 °, can be connected to the camera device.
2. Mechanical stage: double-decked mechanical stage, size 185 * 140mm, movement range 75mm * 50mm, easy to operate and comfortable.
3. Epidemic illumination system: 6V20W halogen lamp, adjustable luminance, built-in field of view diaphragm, (yellow, green, blue, frosted Glass) color filter conversion device, push-pull polarizer.
4. Transmission lighting system: built-in 6V20W halogen lamp lighting device, adjustable luminance, collector with field of view diaphragm, Abbe condenser N.A.1.25, adjustable up and down.
Principle
The microscope uses a finite-distance color difference-corrected Optical inspection system to magnify the sample through a combination of objective and eyepiece. The epiphany illumination system illuminates the opaque sample from above, and the ray of light enters the objective imagery after being reflected on the sample surface; the transmission illumination system illuminates the transparent or translucent sample from below, and the ray of light penetrates the sample and enters the objective imagery. The built-in polarizer can be used to observe materials with birefringent properties.
Applications
Biology, Metalogy, Mineralogy, Precision Engineering, Electronics Research, School Teaching, Research Institutions, Factory Quality control
Steps
1. According to the observation requirements (reflection or transmission), turn on the corresponding falling or transmission lighting system and adjust the luminance.
2. Place the sample on a mechanical stage.
3. Through the swirl/spin objective converter, choose a low magnification objective (such as 5X or 10X) for preliminary observation and focusing.
4. Use the coarse fretting coaxial focusing handwheel to focus until the image is clear.
5. For higher magnification, it can be converted to a high-magnification objective and fine-tuned for fine focus.
6. Observe different areas of the sample by moving the stage.
7. For polarization observation, a polarizer can be pushed in.
8. If you need to capture or analyze images, you can connect the camera device and computer software through the three-eyed lens barrel.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed smoothly before operation.
When switching objectives, be careful to avoid collisions between the objective and the sample or stage.
• When adjusting the focal length, coarse adjustment should be used first, and fine adjustment should be used when it is close to clarity to avoid damage to the lens or sample.
When using high-power objectives (e.g. 100X), the working distance is very short, and extra care is required.
• When the halogen lamp is on, the temperature is high, do not touch it, and wait for it to chill down after turning it off.
• Keep the Optical inspection parts clean, if there is dust, it should be gently cleaned with a special balloon or lens paper.
• When not in use, please turn off the power and cover with a dust cover.
