GT903-Y4 Portable 4-in-1 detector is a composite gas concentration detection equipment suitable for various industrial environments and special environments. It adopts imported electrochemistry gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, good Stability and Repeatability, etc. The whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and adopts a 2.4-inch industrial-grade color screen. It supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, data export and temperature and Humidity detection. The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.

Principle
The detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The instrument integrates imported electrochemistry gas Sensors for carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), oxygen (O2) and combustible gas (EX), as well as a microcontroller. The Sensor detects the gas concentration and generates an electrical signal. The microcontroller processes, calculates and compensates the signal. Finally, the gas concentration value, temperature Humidity and other information are displayed on the industrial-grade color screen, and Data storage can be performed.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. Set the detection mode, storage mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters in the menu as needed.
3. Place the sampling tube in the environment to be tested and start the air pump for sampling detection.
4. Read the concentration values and temperature Humidity information of CO, H2S, O2, EX in real time on the screen.
5. Historical storage data can be viewed on the screen.
6. After use, shut down or perform data export operations.
Notice
• The instrument should be used under the conditions of working Ambient Temperature -30~ 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH (no condensation), and air pressure -30Kpa~ 200Kpa.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark (Ex ia IIC T4 Ga) and Protection Rating (IP66) of the instrument to ensure operation in a licensed safe environment.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Optional Temperature and Humidity Detection function needs to confirm whether it is installed.
• Use Dust Filter to Protect Sensors for Harsh Situations.
• Pay attention to the battery level and charge it in time.
