GT-1000-Y4 (CO, H2S, O2, EX) All-in-one Gas detector is a Portable equipment under the KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with Fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability, and the whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long battery life; 3.5 inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, can clearly display the technical indicators and gas concentration values, and support historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and Humidity detection and other functions.

Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. The gas passes through a reasonably designed gas chamber and contacts the built-in imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, analyzed and calculated by High Accuracy's 24-bit ADC data collection chip and 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the results in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-test.
3. Set the required detection mode, storage mode, display mode and other parameters through the Chinese/English menu.
4. Place the sampling Probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling.
5. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the screen, and the concentration unit can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
6. During or after the inspection process, historical data can be viewed on the screen.
7. If necessary, you can connect the computer to export data through the data cable, or connect the micro printer to print data.
8. Turn off the machine after use and clean and maintain the instrument.
Notice
* Please use under the operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation) specified by the instrument.
* Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in pressure environment beyond this range.
Pay attention to the explosion-proof marking of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
* Regularly calibrate the Sensor to ensure measurement accuracy, using the instrument's own 6-level target point Adjustment.
* The built-in battery is a 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
* The instrument is designed to be dustproof and waterproof (IP65), but it should still be used to avoid prolonged immersion or extreme physical impacts.
* When sampling, ensure that the gas path is open, and the dust Filter needs to be checked or replaced regularly.
The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data in time for backup.
* If not used for a long time, please store the instrument in a drying and cool place, and charge it regularly for maintenance.
