Overview
GT1000- Portable Gas detector is suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology. It has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, good Stability and Repeatability, and the whole machine performance ranks among the top domestic levels. The parameters can be customized by users and the operation is simple. Built-in 4000mA large capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long standby; adopts 3.5 inch full view IPS industrial color screen, which can display various technical indicators and gas concentration values well. Historical data can be viewed on the screen, and has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and Humidity detection.

Principle
The Portable Gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method to draw environment gases into the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas is exposed to the built-in import electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas sensor through a well-designed gas chamber. The sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, calculated and temperature compensated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate concentration value is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument supports multiple concentration Unit switches and automatic range switching.

Steps
1. Boot check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor status is normal.
2. Mode settings: According to needs, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3. Unit selection: Select or switch between four concentration units: PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, and mg/L.
4. Start detection: Place the sampling Probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument performs gas concentration detection through built-in pump suction sampling.
5. Data viewing: View gas concentration, temperature and Humidity data in real time on the screen, and enter the historical data menu to view the stored records.
6. Data export/printing: Export the stored data through the data export function, or connect the micro printer for data printing.
7. Shut down and charge: shut down after use, and charge the built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery in time.
Notice
• Instrument Ambient Temperature is -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation, Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in an environment beyond the range.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, with dustproof, waterproof design and dust Filter, but still need to avoid long-term exposure to extreme harsh environment to extend the service life.
• The instrument has overvoltage and overcharge protection functions, but it is still necessary to use a matching charger to avoid excessive battery discharge.
• To ensure measurement accuracy, it is necessary to perform full software Automatic calibration or 6-level target point calibrating according to the operation menu regularly.
• The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (intrinsically safe ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used in hazardous locations that meet its Explosion-proof level requirements.
• Built-in strong air pump, please ensure that the air path is unobstructed when sampling, and the Filter is clean to avoid blockage affecting the measurement.
• Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument, although the product has certain protective functions.
• Please follow the guidelines of the full Chinese/English operation menu when operating. Users can customize the setting parameters, but non-professionals should not change the core calibrate parameters at will.
• Net weight of the instrument is 0.5Kg and the size is 220 * 85 * 55mm. Please keep it properly to avoid falling or violent impact.
