GT1000- Portable Gas detector is suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology. Response speed is fast, Measurement accuracy is high, Stability and Repeatability are good, and the whole machine performance ranks among the top domestic levels. The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple. Built-in 4000mA large capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long standby; adopts 3.5 inch full view IPS industrial color screen, which can display various technical indicators and gas concentration values well. Historical data can be viewed on the screen. It has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and Humidity detection.

Principle
The Portable Gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to draw environment gases into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a well-designed gas chamber and contacts the built-in imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, processed by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor, and displays the concentration value in real time on a 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument supports a variety of concentration Unit switches and has temperature compensation function to ensure measurement accuracy in different environments.

Steps
1. Boot check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor status is normal.
2. Mode settings: adjust the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. as needed.
3. Parameter settings: Users can customize various parameters, such as Unit switch (PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L), high and low range, etc.
4. Start detection: place the instrument in the environment to be tested and start the air pump for sampling detection.
5. Data viewing: View gas concentration, temperature and Humidity values in real time on the screen, and view historical data.
6. Data management: Data storage, export or connection to the micro printer to print data.
7. Maintenance of calibrating: Automatic calibration function with full software, or Sensor calibrating up to 6 target points.
