Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. After the gas enters the reasonably designed gas chamber, it contacts the built-in imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and calculated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the gas concentration value (supporting PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four units) and temperature Humidity are clearly displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-check.
3. Through the Chinese/English menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters according to the needs.
4. Place the sampling Probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling.
5. Read the gas concentration (unit can be switched) and Temperature Humidity data in real time on the screen.
6. You can view historical storage data through the screen, or connect a micro printer to print data.
7. After use, shut down according to the procedures and export data if necessary.
8. Adjustment is used regularly to calibrate the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
Notice
* Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in pressure environment beyond this range.
Pay attention to the explosion-proof marking of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
* The instrument has a Protection Rating of IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or strong water flow Impact.
* The built-in battery is a 4000mAh rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger, and note that although the overcharge protection function is available, it is still recommended to avoid overcharging.
* When calibrating, use the correct calibrated gas strictly according to the operating instructions, and use the instrument's 6-level target point Adjustment to ensure accuracy.
* The instrument is equipped with a dust filter. When using it in dusty and harsh situations, please check and clean or replace the filter regularly to prevent blockage from affecting the sampling.
* Although the instrument has anti-static and anti-magnetic field interference functions, it should still be avoided in strong electrostatic or strong magnetic field environments.
* Instrument Recovery Time ≤ 20 seconds, Response Time ≤ 20 seconds (T90), please reserve enough Stabilization time for measurement to obtain accurate readings.
* If not used for a long time, please store the instrument in a drying and cool place, and regularly charge and discharge the battery for maintenance.
