Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. The gas passes through a well-designed gas chamber and comes into contact with the built-in import electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is converted to analog and digital by High Accuracy's 24-bit ADC data collection chip. The instrument core uses an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor to process and analyze the data. Combined with the temperature compensation function, the gas concentration value (such as bromine concentration) can be accurately displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and can be Data storage, printing or export according to the settings.

Steps
1. Boot Check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor and Filter are in normal condition.
2. Mode settings: Through the Chinese/English menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode and air pump mode as needed.
3. Sampling detection: Start the built-in air pump and place the sampling Probe in the environment to be tested for gas sampling.
4. Reading and recording: Read the gas concentration in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen (the unit can be switched), and the instrument can automatically store data according to the settings.
5. Data management: You can view historical data on the screen, or transfer it through the data export function, or connect a micro printer to print data.
6. Shutdown and maintenance: After the test is completed, shut down, and perform automatic calibration of the whole software according to the calibrating program regularly.

• Instrument Ambient Temperature is -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation, Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please use in the specified environment.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark (ExdII CT4), but it should still be avoided in hazardous locations beyond the explosion-proof level.
• The built-in powerful air pump is designed for micro-negative pressure environments, do not force sampling in environments beyond its Operating Pressure Range.
• In order to ensure measurement accuracy, it is necessary to regularly use the 6-level target point Adjustment of the instrument for full software Automatic calibration.
• The instrument adopts a dustproof and waterproof design and is equipped with a dust Filter. When used in harsh environments, it is also necessary to pay attention to prevent the Filter from clogging, and clean or replace it regularly.
• Please use the original matching charging equipment to charge the 4000mAh polymer battery to take advantage of its overcharge protection function and avoid battery damage.
• Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference to the instrument, although the product has corresponding protective functions.
When storing or exporting data, ensure that the operation is correct to prevent data loss, and use the data recovery function if necessary.
