Principle
The detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. After the gas enters a reasonably designed gas chamber, it contacts the built-in imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, calculated and temperature compensated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a high-performance microprocessor, and finally displays the gas concentration value on the screen with High Accuracy.

Steps
1. Boot check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor status is normal.
2. Parameter settings: According to the detection needs, customize the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters through the Chinese/English menu.
3. Sampling detection: Place the sampling tube in the area to be tested, start the air pump for sampling, and the instrument displays the gas concentration and temperature Humidity value in real time.
4. Data viewing and processing: Real-time data and historical data can be viewed directly on the screen, supporting data export or connecting to a micro printer for printing.
5. calibrating and maintenance: Using the full software Automatic calibration function, Sensor calibrating up to 6 target points can be performed to ensure measurement accuracy.
6. Shut down and charge: shut down after the test is completed, and use the matching charger to charge the built-in polymer battery.
Notice
* Ambient Temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation, do not use in environments beyond this range.
* Instrument Operating Pressure Range is -30~ 100Kpa, please use it under the specified air pressure environment to ensure that the Sensor is not disturbed by pressure.
* The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be operated under safety regulations to avoid use in extremely dangerous environments.
* Do not disassemble or modify the instrument by yourself, so as not to affect the explosion-proof, protection (IP65) performance and Measurement accuracy.
* Sensor calibrated regularly to ensure accuracy and linearity of measurements.
* The built-in battery is a rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
When using in dusty environments, please ensure that the Dust Filter is properly installed.
* Instrument Response Time and Recovery Time is about 20 seconds, please allow enough time to ensure stable reading.
