Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck environment gases into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful suction pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with a new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip. High Accuracy detection and analysis of target gas (such as bromine gas) concentration in the inhaled gas. The detection results are displayed in real time through a 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and can be used for Data storage, processing or output according to the settings.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-test.
3. Set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters through the Chinese/English menu.
4. Place the sampling Probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling detection.
5. View gas concentration (unit can be switched), temperature Humidity and other data in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen.
6. Historical storage data can be viewed through the on-screen menu.
7. Connect the micro printer to print data or transfer data through the data export function as required.
8. After use, shut down and perform cleaning and maintenance.
9. Regularly charge and calibrate the instrument.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• Do not use in environments beyond the Operating Pressure Range (-30~ 100Kpa).
• The instrument is explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it is still necessary to avoid non-essential use in extremely hazardous or open flame environments.
• Please ensure that the battery is fully charged before use and use the original charging device to charge to take advantage of its overcharge protection function.
• The built-in air pump is designed for a micro-negative pressure environment, do not use it forcibly in a positive or negative pressure environment beyond its working capacity.
• To ensure measurement accuracy, follow the operation menu regularly for full software Automatic calibration or up to 6 levels of target point calibrating.
• When using in dusty situations, make sure that the Dust Filter is installed correctly and cleaned or replaced regularly.
• The instrument has dustproof and waterproof function (IP65), but it is not absolutely sealed, and should avoid long-term immersion or strong water flow Impact.
• Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference to prevent the detection accuracy.
• The operation menu is simple, but please confirm before changing important settings (such as the calibrate parameter), and use the data recovery function if necessary.
• The instrument is heavy (Net weight 0.5Kg), please pay attention to safety when carrying and using it to avoid falling or violent collisions.
