GT1000- Portable Gas detector, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments, adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, Fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, and has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and Humidity detection.

Principle
The instrument adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the air chamber through the built-in powerful suction pump. The gas is contacted with the built-in imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, which converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by a microcontroller and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip, and finally displays the exact concentration value on the screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with the impact of environment changes on measurement.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. Set detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. as needed.
3. Place the instrument sampling port in the environment to be tested or connect it to the sampling point.
4. Start the air pump to suck in the gas and wait for the reading to stabilize.
5. Read the gas concentration value on the screen (unit can be switched), and view the Temperature and Humidity.
6. You can view historical data through the screen, or connect the printer to print data, or export data.
7. Shut down after use.

• Ambient Temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH (no condensation).
• Instrument Operating Pressure Range is -30~ 100Kpa.
• Do not use in hazardous locations beyond the Explosion-proof level.
Periodically calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Pay attention to the battery level and charge it in time.
• Use Dust Filter to adapt to harsh environments.
• Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference.
• The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data for backup in time.
