Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the environment gas is sucked into the air chamber inside the instrument through the built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, to collect and process the gas concentration signal with High Accuracy. The microcontroller analyzes and calculates the signal, and uses the temperature compensation function to correct the measurement result. Finally, the accurate gas concentration value (supports PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four unit display) is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Mode settings: Set detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3. Unit switch: Select PPM,% VOL, mg/m3 or mg/L as the concentration display unit in the settings.
4. Start detection: The instrument automatically pumps sampling and displays real-time gas concentration and temperature Humidity value.
5. Data viewing: View historical storage data through the on-screen menu.
6. Data export/printing: Connect the corresponding device for data export or printing.
7.Calibrate: Automatic calibration function with full software, calibrate with up to 6 target points to ensure accuracy.
8. Shutdown: After completing the detection, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature: -30~ 60 ℃, Environmental humidity: ≤ 95% RH (no condensation).
• Operating Pressure Range: -30~ 100Kpa, the instrument can work in a micro negative pressure environment.
• The instrument has a dustproof, waterproof (IP65) design and is equipped with a dust filter, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term use in extremely harsh conditions.
• Please ensure that the battery is fully charged before use, and the instrument has an overcharge protection function, but it is still recommended to use the original charger.
When calibrating, use standard gas and operate in a safe environment to ensure the accuracy and linearity of the calibrating.
The instrument has anti-static and anti-magnetic field interference functions, but it should still be used near strong electromagnetic interference sources as much as possible.
• Do not disassemble or modify the instrument by yourself, so as not to affect the safety performance such as explosion-proof (ExdII CT4).
When storing or carrying, avoid violent impact or falling.
• If not used for a long time, please charge it regularly to maintain battery performance.
