Overview
GT1000-Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, model GT-1000-C2H4 (0-50ppm). It is suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. It adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. It supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and Humidity detection.
Features
1. Measurement accuracy is high with new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.
2. Adopt 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial-grade color screen, the resolution is 320x480, and the display is clear.

Principle
The gas detector uses an imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor to detect the target gas concentration. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by microcontroller technology (including a 32-bit microprocessor and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip), and finally displays an accurate concentration value on the screen. The instrument has built-in air pump active sampling and features such as temperature compensation to ensure measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Turn it on and use it.
2. Customize various parameters through the full Chinese/English menu.
3. Select the required Operating Mode such as detection mode and storage mode.
4. Carry out gas concentration detection, and view real-time data and historical data on the screen.
5. Data can be exported or connected to a micro printer to print data when required.
6. Shut down after use.

• Please use within the range of Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation) of the instrument.
• Please note that the Operating Pressure range of the instrument is -30~ 100Kpa.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark, but it still needs to be used in the specified dangerous place.
• Please ensure that the battery is fully charged before use.
• Regularly calibrate according to instructions to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is not completely waterproof, and it is necessary to avoid long-term immersion or extreme harsh conditions.
