GT1000-Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, model GT-1000-C2H4 (0-100ppm). The instrument is suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. It adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology. It has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. The performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China, and the user can customize and set various parameters, and the operation is simple. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery with long standby time; it is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can clearly display technical indicators and gas concentration values, support viewing historical data, and has Data storage, printing, export and Humidity detection functions.

Principle
The Portable Gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method. The built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. The gas is exposed to the built-in import electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas sensor through a well-designed gas chamber. The sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and analyzed by a microcontroller (using a new semiconductor nanotechnology ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor) and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip, and finally displays the accurate concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with the impact of Ambient Temperature changes on the measurement.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: ensure that the instrument has sufficient power.
2. Mode setting: Through the Chinese/English operation menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. as needed.
3. Unit selection: freely switch between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four concentration units.
4. Start detection: Start the air pump, the instrument starts sampling and displays the gas concentration and temperature Humidity value in real time.
5. Data viewing: Real-time data and stored historical data can be viewed directly on the screen.
6. Data management: Export stored data or connect a micro printer for printing as needed.
7. Automatic calibration and maintenance through software or Manual calibration of up to 6 target points, using data recovery if necessary.
Notice
• Please use under the working Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation) specified by the instrument.
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in pressure environments beyond this range.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it should still be used with caution in places that meet explosion-proof requirements.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it should still be used to avoid long-term immersion or strong water flow Impact.
• Make sure the Dust Filter is installed correctly before use to protect the Sensor and adapt to harsh situations.
• Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and linearity of measurements.
• Please use the matching charger when charging and pay attention to the overcharge protection function, but it is recommended not to overcharge for a long time.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• Net weight of the instrument is 0.5Kg, the size is 220 * 85 * 55mm, please pay attention to prevent falling or violent collision when carrying and using.
When the instrument alarms or displays an abnormality, it should be stopped immediately and checked.
