GT-1000-C2H4 (0-500ppm) Portable Gas detector is a product under the KORNO brand, which is suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. The performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. It has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. It supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and Humidity detection. The parameters can be customized by users and the operation is simple.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. The gas is contacted with the built-in imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas sensor through a reasonably designed gas chamber. The sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, analyzed and calculated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the gas concentration value (supporting PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L multiple units) and temperature Humidity are displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Mode settings: Set detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3. Unit switch: Select the desired concentration unit (PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L) in the settings.
4. Start detection: Place the sampling Probe in the environment to be tested, the instrument automatically pumps gas and detects, and the concentration value is displayed on the screen in real time.
5. Data viewing: View historical storage data on the screen through the menu function.
6. Data export/printing: Connect the corresponding device to perform data export or printing operations.
7.Calibrate: Automatic calibration function with full software, or Sensor calibrate up to 6 target points.
8. Shutdown: After completing the detection, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the working Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in pressure environments beyond this range.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it must still be used safely within the specified explosion-proof area.
• Pay attention to the battery power, use the supporting charger to charge, and the instrument has an overcharge protection function.
• Regularly clean or replace the Dust Filter to ensure smooth sampling and Sensor life.
• When calibrating, use standard gas and strictly follow the operating procedures.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• Although the instrument has a waterproof and dustproof design (IP65), it should still try to avoid long-term immersion or extreme harsh environment.
When storing or carrying, avoid violent impact or falling.
