Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the air chamber inside the instrument through the built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, High Accuracy acquisition and processing of gas concentration signals. Fast Response and accurate measurement are implemented through microcontroller technology, and the results are displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has temperature compensation function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure the Stability and accuracy of measurement results.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Settings: Through the full Chinese/English menu, customize the parameters (such as detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc.) as needed.
3. Calibrate: Use the instrument's full software Automatic calibration function, or perform up to 6 levels of target point Sensor calibrating.
4. Detection: Place the instrument sampling Probe in the environment to be tested, and the built-in air pump will automatically suck gas for detection.
5. View: View the gas concentration value (unit can be switched), temperature Humidity data and historical records in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen.
6. Data management: You can choose to store data in real time or at regular intervals, view historical data on the screen, or transfer data through the data export function, or connect a micro printer to print data.
7. Shutdown: After completing the detection, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please make sure to operate in the specified air pressure environment.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or strong water flow Impact when using it.
• The built-in battery is a 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger to charge, and note that although the overcharge protection function is available, it is still recommended to avoid overcharging.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust Filter, please ensure that the Filter is in good condition when used in a dust environment, and check or replace it regularly.
• When calibrating, use standard gas and follow the operating instructions to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Although the instrument has anti-static and anti-magnetic field interference functions, it is still recommended to stay away from strong static or magnetic field sources.
• Avoid severe impact or drop of the instrument to prevent damage to internal precision components.
• If not in use for a long time, please charge and maintain the instrument regularly.
