Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. After the gas enters a reasonably designed gas chamber, it contacts the imported electrochemistry or infrared absorbing gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and analyzed with High Accuracy by a microcontroller and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip. Finally, the results are displayed on the screen in real time and can be stored or output as needed.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. Set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode and other parameters as needed.
3. Align the instrument sampling port or connect the gas environment to be measured through the air pump.
4. Read the gas concentration value (unit can be switched) and temperature and Humidity information in real time on the screen.
5. Historical data records can be viewed through the screen.
6. After the inspection is completed, you can choose to export the data or connect the micro printer to print the data.
7. Turn off the machine after use and charge it in time.

* Please use in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH without condensation, air pressure -30~ 100Kpa).
Pay attention to the explosion-proof marking of the instrument (ExdII CT4), and strictly abide by safety regulations in the corresponding dangerous places.
* The instrument has a Protection Rating of IP65, but care should be taken to avoid damage to the instrument in extremely harsh environments for a long time.
* Sensors are regularly calibrated using the instrument's Automatic calibration function to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Built-in Battery capacity, pay attention to the overcharge protection function when using, use the matching charger for charging.
* The instrument is equipped with a dust filter. When using it in a dust environment, it is necessary to check and replace the filter in a timely manner to ensure smooth sampling and Sensor life.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
* When using the built-in pump in a micro-negative pressure environment, please ensure that the air circuit connection is normal to prevent pressure interference from affecting the Sensor.
