GT-1000-C2H4O (0-1000ppm) Portable Gas detector is produced by KORNO brand and is suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology. It has the characteristics of fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, and the whole machine performance ranks among the top domestic levels. Built-in 4000mAh large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, equipped with 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and Humidity detection. The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.

Principle
The gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the environment gas into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a reasonably designed gas chamber and contacts the imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, which converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The microcontroller (using a 32-bit processor and a 24-bit ADC chip) processes, calculates and temperature compensation the signal, and finally displays the accurate gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen, and can be used for Data storage or output according to the settings.

Steps
1. Boot Check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor and Filter are installed in good condition.
2. Mode settings: Set the required detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode and air pump mode through the menu.
3. Unit selection: According to needs, freely switch between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four concentration units.
4. Start detection: Start the air pump, place the sampling Probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically samples and displays real-time concentration and Temperature Humidity.
5. Data viewing: Real-time data and historical storage data can be viewed directly on the screen.
6. data output: as needed, through the data export function or connect the micro printer for data printing.
7. Shut down and charge: shut down after use, and charge the built-in 4000mAh polymer battery.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation, please do not use it for a long time in an environment beyond this range.
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa to ensure that the air pump can work normally in a micro negative pressure environment.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, with dustproof and waterproof ability, but still need to avoid long-term immersion or extreme physical Impact when using.
• When calibrating or maintaining, use the full software Automatic calibration and multi-level target point Adjustment provided by the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
• The built-in battery has overcharge protection, but it is still recommended to use the matching charger for charging and avoid charging in a high temperature environment.
• The instrument has an anti-static and anti-magnetic field interference design, but it should still be avoided in a strong electrostatic or strong magnetic field environment to prevent reading interference.
• If used in a dust environment for a long time, check and clean or replace the dust filter regularly to ensure smooth sampling and Sensor life.
• The instrument is explosion-proof intrinsically safe (ExdII CT4), but it is still necessary to strictly abide by the safety operating procedures in the relevant hazardous areas.
