Historical data can be viewed on the screen. It has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and Humidity detection.

Principle
The Portable Gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. After the gas passes through the dust Filter, it enters a reasonably designed air chamber and contacts with a specific imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, calculated and temperature compensated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the gas concentration value and temperature Humidity information are displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen with High Accuracy.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-check.
3. Through the full Chinese/English menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters as needed.
4. The sampling Probe is placed in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and the instrument is detected by built-in pump suction sampling.
5. Real-time reading of gas concentration (PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L Unit switch) and Humidity value on 3.5 inch color screen.
6. During or after the inspection process, you can view historical data on the screen, or print data through data export or connection to a micro printer.
7. After use, shut down and store properly.
Notice
* Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* Do not use in environments beyond the Operating Pressure Range (-30~ 100Kpa).
The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it must still be used safely in the specified explosion-proof area.
* Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it should still be avoided when using it for a long time or withstand strong Impacts.
* Built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger when charging, and pay attention to the normal overcharge protection function.
* To ensure measurement accuracy, please use full software Automatic calibration or 6-level target point Adjustment to calibrate regularly according to the instructions.
* When using in dusty situations, make sure that the Dust Filter is clean and effective to prevent the Sensor from being blocked or damaged.
The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data in time for backup.
