The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery with long standby time; it adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can clearly display various technical indicators and gas concentration values, and supports viewing historical data on the screen, with storage, data printing, data export, Temperature Humidity detection and other functions.

Principle
The Portable Gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the instrument through the built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip for signal processing and concentration calculation. Fast Response, High Accuracy measurement through microcontroller technology implementation, and temperature compensation function to ensure measurement accuracy in different environments. The detection results are clearly displayed through the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters as needed.
3. Use the built-in air pump for gas sampling.
4. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and the concentration unit can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
5. Historical storage data can be viewed on the screen.
6. Use data export or connect to a micro printer for data printing as required.
7. Shut down after use.
Notice
• Instrument Ambient Temperature -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• Instrument Operating Pressure Range is -30~ 100Kpa.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof environment.
• The Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, which has certain dustproof and waterproof capabilities, but it should still be avoided for long-term use under extremely harsh conditions.
• Make sure the battery is fully charged before use, with a 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery built in.
• To ensure measurement accuracy, follow the instructions regularly for full software Automatic calibration or Sensor calibrating up to 6 target points.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust Filter, please check and maintain the Filter when using it in a dust environment.
• The instrument has overvoltage and overcharge protection functions, but it still needs to be charged and operated according to the specifications.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• When working in a micro-negative pressure environment, the built-in pump of the instrument can work normally, but it needs to be within a reasonable air pressure range.
