Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts a gas Sensor based on the principle of imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption. When the target gas (such as ethanol) enters the Sensor, it will generate an electrical signal or Optical inspection signal change proportional to the gas concentration. These signals are processed and calculated by a high-performance 32-bit microprocessor and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip. After being corrected by algorithms such as temperature compensation, the accurate gas concentration value is finally displayed on the screen in real time, and can be stored or output according to the settings.

Steps
1. Boot self-test: Press the power button for a long time to start the instrument and wait for the system self-test to complete.
2. Parameter setting: Enter the setting interface through the menu key, and customize and set various parameters according to the detection requirements (such as storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc.).
3. Instrument calibrating: Full software Automatic calibration or up to 6 levels of target point calibrating with standard gases via Adjustment in the menu.
4. Start testing: Place the sampling Probe of the instrument in the environment to be tested, and the built-in air pump of the instrument will automatically extract gas for testing.
5. Read the data: View the gas concentration (unit can be switched), temperature and Humidity and other information in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen.
6. Data management: You can view historical storage data on the screen, connect to a computer through a data cable to export data, or connect a micro printer to print data.
7. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the working Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in pressure environments beyond this range.
• The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but should still be avoided in extremely hazardous or open flame environments.
• Regularly clean or replace the Dust Filter to ensure smooth sampling and Sensor life.
• Please use the original charger to charge the built-in 4000mAh polymer battery and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
When calibrating, make sure to use qualified standard gas and operate in a well-ventilated safe environment.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• The instrument shell is made of ABS + PC material, please avoid violent impact or scratching.
• If not used for a long time, please charge it regularly to maintain battery performance.
