Principle
The Portable Gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with microcontroller technology, to detect and analyze the gas concentration. The detection data is processed by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a high-performance microprocessor, and finally the concentration value is displayed on the screen, and functions such as Data storage, printing and export are supported.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the status of the instrument.
2. According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode and other parameters through the menu.
3. Place the instrument sampling Probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested.
4. Start the air pump for gas sampling.
5. Read real-time gas concentration and Temperature Humidity data on the screen.
6. You can view historical data, export data, or connect a micro printer to print data through the menu.
7. Shut down after use, and charge and maintain if necessary.
Notice
* Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in pressure environment beyond this range.
Pay attention to the explosion-proof marking of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in a place that meets the explosion-proof requirements.
* Please ensure that the battery is fully charged before use, and use the charger correctly to charge, paying attention to the overcharge protection function.
* When used in harsh environments, make sure the Dust Filter is installed correctly to protect the Sensor.
* Regularly calibrate according to the operation menu to ensure measurement accuracy.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
* The instrument case is made of ABS + PC material, please avoid violent impact or falling.
* Data storage function is a single channel 30800 group, pay attention to regularly export data to prevent insufficient storage space.
