Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long standby time; adopts 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can clearly display technical indicators, gas concentration values and historical data, and has various functions such as storage, printing, export, temperature and Humidity detection.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be measured is sucked into the inside of the instrument through the built-in powerful air pump. After the gas enters, it is detected by the imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, which converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The microcontroller (using a 32-bit processor and a 24-bit ADC chip) processes, calculates and temperature compensation the signal, and finally displays the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen (supports multiple unit displays), and can perform operations such as Data storage and printing.

Steps
1. Boot check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power, select and install the appropriate Sensor and Dust Filter according to the site environment.
2. Mode settings: Through the Chinese/English menu, set the detection mode, storage mode (real-time or timing), printing mode, display mode and air pump mode as needed.
3. calibrating and compensation: Automatic calibration or multi-level target point calibrating through software before use or periodically to ensure measurement accuracy; the instrument has its own temperature compensation function.
4. Start detection: Start the air pump, place the sampling Probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument will automatically sample and analyze.
5. Data viewing and processing: View information such as gas concentration, temperature and Humidity in real time on the screen, and read historical data records.
6. Data export and printing: You can transfer data through the data export function, or connect a micro printer to print data directly.
7. Shut down and maintenance: After the test is completed, shut down, regularly clean the instrument and Filter, and store it properly.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in pressure environments beyond this range, the instrument has overpressure protection function.
• The instrument is explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it is still necessary to avoid non-essential use in extremely hazardous or open flame environments.
• The built-in battery is a large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function and use the matching charger to charge.
• The instrument has dustproof and waterproof function (IP65), but after long-term use in harsh environments, it is recommended to check and clean the Dust Filter.
• Sensors need to be calibrated regularly to ensure the accuracy and linearity of measurements. Please follow the operation guide when calibrating.
• Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference to the instrument, although the product has relevant protective functions.
• When using the pump suction function in a micro-negative pressure environment, please ensure that the air path is tightly connected to prevent air leakage from affecting the test results.
• The operation menu supports switching between Chinese and English, please set it according to the user's language habits.
• Net weight of the instrument is 0.5Kg and the size is 220 * 85 * 55mm. Please pay attention to avoid violent collisions when carrying and using.
