GT1000- Portable Gas detector, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments, adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, Fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability. The instrument has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, and has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and Humidity detection.

Principle
The gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the environment gas into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a well-designed gas chamber and comes into contact with an imported electrochemistry or infrared absorbing gas Sensor, which converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The microcontroller (using a new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor) and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip process and analyze the signal, and finally display the exact concentration value on the screen. Data storage, printing and other functions are available.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Settings: Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, customize the parameters as needed, such as detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc.
3. Detection: Aim the instrument sampling port at the gas area to be measured, and the built-in air pump will automatically suck the gas for detection.
4. View: View gas concentration value, temperature Humidity and other information in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and view historical data on the screen.
5. Data management: Data storage, printing data through a micro printer, or exporting data.
6.Calibrate: Automatic calibration function with full software ensures measurement accuracy with up to 6 target points calibrated.
7. Shutdown: After completing the detection, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation, do not use in environments beyond this range.
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please make sure to operate under the allowable air pressure environment.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used under safety regulations to avoid abuse in extremely dangerous environments.
• Built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function and use the matching charger to charge.
• The instrument adopts a dustproof and waterproof design (IP65), and is equipped with a dust filter, but it should still be avoided in an extremely harsh environment for a long time to prolong the service life.
When calibrating, use the appropriate standard gas according to the operating instructions to ensure the accuracy and linearity of the calibrating.
• The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data regularly for backup.
• Do not disassemble or modify the instrument yourself, so as not to affect the performance or cause danger.
