Principle
The gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method to suck the environment gas into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a reasonably designed gas chamber and contacts the built-in imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, calculated and temperature compensated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate gas concentration value is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters as needed.
3. Align the instrument sampling port or place it in the gas environment to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling detection.
4. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and the concentration unit can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
5. You can view the stored historical data directly on the screen.
6. You can connect the computer to export data through the data cable, or connect the micro printer to print data.
7. Shut down after use.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ℃, Environmental humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation, Operating Pressure is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in environments beyond this range.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark, but it still needs to comply with relevant safety regulations when using it to avoid operating in extremely dangerous environments.
• To ensure measurement accuracy, it is necessary to use the full software Automatic calibration function to calibrate regularly according to the instructions, and can use up to 6 levels of target point Adjustment.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust filter, and the state of the filter should be paid attention to when using it in a harsh environment, and it should be cleaned or replaced if necessary.
• Please use the original charger to charge the built-in 4000mA polymer battery. The instrument has an overcharge protection function, but it should still avoid overcharging for a long time.
• The instrument adopts dustproof and waterproof design (Protection Rating IP65), but it is not absolutely sealed, and should avoid long-term immersion or strong water pressure Impact.
• Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument to ensure normal operation.
• When working in a micro-negative pressure environment, rely on the built-in air pump to ensure that the air path is unobstructed and free of blockage.
