Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the environment gas into the air chamber inside the instrument through the built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, High Accuracy measurement and analysis of gas concentration. The measurement results are displayed in real time through the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and can be used for Data storage, processing or output according to the settings.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters through the menu.
3. Place the instrument in the test environment or use a sampling tube to connect to the test point.
4. Start the air pump for sampling, and the instrument will automatically detect and display information such as gas concentration, temperature and Humidity.
5. Live or historical data can be viewed directly on the screen.
6. According to requirements, data export through the instrument or print data with a micro printer.
7. After use, shut down and keep it safe.
Notice
* Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in pressure environment beyond this range.
Pay attention to the explosion-proof marking of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
* Although the instrument has a dustproof and waterproof (IP65) design and is equipped with a dust filter, it should still be avoided under extreme conditions for long-term use to extend the life of the Sensor.
Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Please use the matching charger when charging, and note that the overcharge protection function is normal.
During transportation and storage, avoid severe vibration, high temperature and humidity, and strong magnetic field interference.
* The operation menu supports switching between Chinese and English, please set it according to the user's language habits.
