Principle
The gas detector adopts a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the gas to be tested into the instrument. The core of the instrument adopts an imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with a new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip for signal processing and analysis, to achieve fast and High Accuracy measurement of gas concentration. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with the impact of Ambient Temperature changes on the measurement and ensure the accuracy of the results.

Steps
1. Boot inspection: Make sure that the instrument has sufficient power and the boot self-test is normal.
2. Mode settings: According to needs, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3.Calibrate: Full software Automatic calibration or up to 6 target point calibrating via the instrument menu using standard gases.
4. Sampling detection: Start the air pump, place the sampling Probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and the instrument automatically inhales the gas for detection.
5. Data viewing: View gas concentration (unit can be switched), temperature Humidity and other information in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen.
6. Data management: You can view historical data on the screen, or export the stored data through the data export function, or connect a micro printer for data printing.
7. Shut down: After the test is completed, turn off the instrument.
Notice
* Ambient Temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH (no condensation), Operating Pressure is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in an environment beyond the range.
* The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but do not use it in hazardous locations beyond the explosion-proof level.
* The instrument is dustproof and waterproof (IP65), and is equipped with a dust filter, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or strong Impact.
Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy and linearity.
* Built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger to charge, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
* The instrument has overvoltage protection, anti-static interference, and anti-magnetic field interference functions, but it should still be avoided in a strong electromagnetic interference environment.
* Use the air pump reasonably to avoid working for a long time in a high negative pressure or positive pressure environment to prevent damage to the Sensor.
* Instrument shell is ABS + PC material, please avoid contact with corrosion chemicals.
* The operation menu supports Chinese/English, please set it according to your usage habits.
