Principle
The Portable Gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to work in a micro-negative pressure environment. The instrument detects the target gas concentration through an imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor signal is processed by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor, and finally the measurement results are displayed on the screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function, and a reasonable air chamber design can ensure that the Sensor is not disturbed by pressure to ensure the accuracy and Stability of measurement.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. Set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters as needed.
3. Place the instrument in the test environment or use a sampling tube to connect to the test point.
4. Start the air pump for sampling detection, observe the real-time gas concentration, temperature Humidity and other data displayed on the screen.
5. You can view historical data through the screen, or connect a micro printer to print data.
6. After use, shut down and perform data export or storage management.
7. Regularly follow the instrument prompts for full software Automatic calibration or target point calibrating.
Notice
• Please use under the working Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation) specified by the instrument.
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in pressure environments beyond this range.
• The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but should still be avoided in environments that are extremely dangerous or exceed the Explosion-proof level.
• Built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please pay attention to overcharge protection and use the matching charger to charge.
• The instrument is dustproof, waterproof (IP65) and equipped with a dust filter, but after long-term use in harsh environments, it is recommended to check and clean the filter.
• Sensor has 6-level target point Adjustment. To ensure measurement accuracy, please follow the operation steps to calibrate regularly.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• When using the built-in air pump in a micro-negative pressure environment, please ensure that the air circuit is connected normally to prevent abnormal air chamber pressure.
• The instrument shell is made of ABS + PC material, please avoid severe impact or contact with corrosion chemicals.
