The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.

Principle
The Portable Gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with microcontroller technology, to detect and analyze the gas concentration. The detection data is collected by the High Accuracy ADC chip, processed and compensated by the microprocessor, and finally the concentration value is displayed on the screen, which can be stored, printed or exported according to the settings.

Steps
1. Boot check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor status is normal.
2. Parameter settings: According to needs, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters through the menu.
3. Sampling detection: place the instrument in the environment to be tested or connect it to the detection point through the sampling pipe, and start the air pump for sampling.
4. Data reading: View gas concentration, temperature Humidity and other data in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen.
5. Data management: Historical data can be viewed on the screen or saved to an external device through the data export function.
6. Data printing: Connect the micro printer to print the detection data.
7. Shutdown and charging: Shut down after use, and charge the built-in battery in time.
Notice
• Instrument Ambient Temperature -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in pressure environment beyond the range.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it still needs to be used in a specified hazardous location.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Check the Dust Filter before use to ensure it is clean and effective to protect the Sensor.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• Please use the matching charger when charging, and pay attention to whether the overcharge protection function is normal.
