Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long battery life; equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can clearly display technical indicators, gas concentration values and historical data, and has Data storage, printing, export and Humidity detection and other functions.

Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. After the gas enters the gas chamber, it reacts or interacts with the core imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, which converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is processed, analyzed and calculated by an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor through a 24-bit ADC data collection chip. Finally, the gas concentration value (such as formaldehyde concentration) and temperature Humidity are displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to correct the effect of Ambient Temperature on the measurement and ensure the accuracy of the data.

Steps
1. Boot: Long press the power button to start the instrument for self-test.
2. Settings: Through the Chinese/English menu, customize the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters according to the needs.
3. Sampling: The sampling Probe is placed in the environment to be tested, and the built-in air pump will automatically suck the gas for detection.
4. Reading: View gas concentration (unit can be switched), temperature Humidity and other data in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen.
5. Data management: You can view the stored historical data on the screen, or transfer the data to a Miscellaneous device through the data export function, or connect a micro printer for data printing.
Automatic calibration via the instrument menu or up to 6 levels of target point Adjustment to ensure accuracy.
7. Shutdown: After the detection is completed, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
* Please use in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH without condensation, air pressure -30~ 100Kpa).
* The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it should still be avoided in hazardous locations that exceed the explosion-proof level.
* Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, which can be dustproof and waterproof, but it still needs to be cleaned and maintained after use, especially the Dust Filter.
* Avoid instrument by strong static electricity or magnetic field interference, so as not to affect the measurement accuracy.
* Regularly calibrate the instrument and Sensor to ensure Measurement accuracy and linearity.
* The built-in battery is a large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, please pay attention to overcharge protection and use the original or designated charging equipment.
* Instrument Response Time and Recovery Time is approximately 20 seconds, please allow enough time during reading to ensure data stability.
* When used in a micro-negative pressure environment, rely on the built-in air pump, please ensure that the air path is unobstructed.
* The operation menu supports switching between Chinese and English, please set it according to the user's language habits.
* Net weight of the instrument is 0.5Kg, Dimension 220 * 85 * 55mm, please pay attention to avoid violent impact when carrying and using.
