Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the environment gas into the air chamber inside the instrument through the built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, High Accuracy acquisition and processing of gas concentration signals. Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, customize and set various parameters (such as detection mode, storage mode, etc.) according to your needs.
3. Use the built-in air pump for sampling, the instrument automatically detects and displays the gas concentration value (the unit can be switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L).
4. Real-time view of gas concentration, Temperature and Humidity data and historical records on a 3.5-inch color screen.
5. Data storage, export or connect to the micro printer to print data as needed.
6. Turn off after use, or charge.
Notice
• Please use under the conditions of working Ambient Temperature -30~ 60 ℃ and Humidity ≤ 95% RH (no condensation).
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please ensure that the air pump function is used in the micro negative pressure environment allowed by the instrument.
• The instrument is explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it is still necessary to avoid use in hazardous environments beyond the specified range.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid damage to the instrument in an extremely harsh environment for a long time.
• Regularly use the full software Automatic calibration of the instrument and 6-level target point Adjustment to calibrate to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Please use the supporting charging equipment when charging. The instrument has overcharge protection, but it is still necessary to avoid improper charging.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust Filter, please pay attention to check and maintain it in time when using it in dusty occasions.
