GT1000- Portable Gas detector, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. It adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology. Response speed is fast, Measurement accuracy is high, Stability and Repeatability are good. The performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China, and the parameters can be customized by users. The operation is simple. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, long standby; adopts 3.5 inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, which can display various technical indicators and gas concentration values well. Historical data can be viewed on the screen. It has functions such as storage, data printing, data export, temperature and Humidity detection.

Principle
The detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method, with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the gas to be measured into the inside of the instrument. When the gas passes through the Sensor (such as electrochemistry or infrared absorption Sensor), the Sensor generates a corresponding electrical signal according to the gas concentration. The microprocessor (using a 32-bit ultra-low power chip) and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip process and analyze the signal, and finally display the gas concentration value on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with the impact of Ambient Temperature changes on the measurement.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, display mode and other parameters through the menu.
3. Place the sampling Probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling.
4. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the screen, and the concentration unit can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
5. Historical storage data can be viewed through the screen.
6. After the test is completed, shut down and store it properly.
7. When necessary, you can connect the computer to export data through the data cable or connect the micro printer to print data.
Notice
• Please use it in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH without condensation, air pressure -30~ 100Kpa).
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it still needs to be operated in a specified hazardous location.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is equipped with a dust filter, and maintenance is also required when used in harsh environments.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• Please use the matching charger to charge the built-in polymer battery and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• The range of the instrument is 0~ 500ppm, please do not use it in a serious over-range environment to avoid damage to the Sensor.
• Instrument recovery time ≤ 20 seconds, please reserve enough time for the Sensor to recover between the two tests.
