GT1000- Portable Gas detector, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. It adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology. Response speed is fast, Measurement accuracy is high, Stability and Repeatability are good. The instrument supports user-defined setting of various parameters, simple operation. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, with Data storage, printing, export and Temperature and Humidity detection functions.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be measured is sucked into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with microcontroller technology, to detect and analyze gas concentration. The Sensor signal is processed by a High Accuracy 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the exact concentration value on the screen, and supports Data storage and output.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Set parameters such as detection mode and storage mode through the Chinese/English menu.
3. Use the built-in air pump for gas sampling.
4. Read real-time gas concentration, Humidity and other data on the screen.
5. Historical data records can be viewed through the screen.
6. Export data or connect a micro printer to print data as needed.
7. Shut down after use.
Notice
• Please use the instrument under the conditions of Ambient Temperature -30~ 60 ℃ and Humidity ≤ 95% RH (no condensation).
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please make sure to operate under the allowable air pressure environment.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof, but it still needs to be used in designated dangerous places.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is not absolutely sealed, and it should be avoided for a long time or in an extremely harsh environment.
Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Please use the matching charger when charging, and note that the overcharge protection function is normal.
• In dusty situations, make sure the Dust Filter works properly.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
