GT1000- Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. The whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. It has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. It supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and Humidity detection.

1. Measurement accuracy is high with new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.

Principle
The gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the environment gas into the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. After the gas enters a well-designed gas chamber, it contacts the imported electrochemistry or infrared absorbing gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by a microcontroller and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip, and finally displays the exact concentration value on the screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to reduce the impact of Ambient Temperature on the measurement result.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters through the Chinese/English menu.
3. Sampling the gas to be measured using the pump suction method.
4. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen, and the concentration unit can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
5. Historical storage data can be viewed on the screen when required.
6. Data output can be carried out through the data export function or by connecting the micro printer.
7. Shut down after use.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity should be ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa to ensure that the instrument can work normally in a micro negative pressure environment.
• Note that the explosion-proof mark of the instrument is ExdII CT4 (intrinsically safe type), which should be used in a place that meets the explosion-proof requirements.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, with certain dustproof and waterproof capabilities, but still need to avoid abuse in extremely harsh conditions.
• Built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function when using it, and charge it according to the specifications.
• When calibrating, use the full software Automatic calibration and 6-level target point Adjustment provided by the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust filter. When using it in dusty situations, it is necessary to pay attention to the status of the filter and maintain it regularly.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument to ensure its normal operation.
