The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, good Stability and Repeatability. The performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. It has a built-in 4000mAh large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. It supports various functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export, and temperature and Humidity detection. It is easy to operate and can be customized by users.

Measurement accuracy is the highest in the industry with a new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.
The 3.5 inch full view IPS industrial grade color screen (resolution 320x480) is used to display the technical indicators and gas concentration values of the instrument.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the air chamber inside the instrument. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, High Accuracy acquisition and processing of gas concentration signals. Fast Response and accurate measurement are implemented through microcontroller technology, and the results are displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has temperature compensation function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure the accuracy of measurement results.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. According to the needs, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters through the menu.
3. Align the instrument sampling port or place it in the gas environment to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling.
4. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen (the unit can be switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L).
5. Historical storage data can be viewed through the on-screen menu.
6. Connect the micro printer to print data or transfer data through the data export function as required.
7. Turn off after use and charge if necessary.
Notice
• Instrument Ambient Temperature -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• Operating Pressure range of -30~ 100Kpa, built-in pump can work in micro negative pressure environment.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), and use it in the specified explosion-proof environment.
The instrument has a Protection Rating of IP65, but it still needs to be used reasonably to avoid extreme conditions beyond its tolerance.
• Make sure the Sensor is calibrated before use to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Built-in 4000mAh battery, please use the supporting charging device to charge, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust Filter, please check and replace it in time when using it in a dust environment.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• When not in use for a long time, please charge it regularly to maintain battery performance.
