Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the gas to be tested into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with microcontroller technology, to detect and analyze the gas concentration. The Sensor signal is processed by a High Accuracy 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the exact concentration value on the screen, and supports Data storage and output.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode and other parameters through the menu.
3. Place the sampling Probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the air pump for sampling.
4. Read data such as gas concentration, temperature and Humidity in real time on the screen.
5. Historical storage data can be viewed through the menu.
6. Connect the micro printer to print data or transfer data through the data export function as required.
7. After use, shut down the machine and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance on the instrument.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• Do not use in environments beyond the Operating Pressure Range (-30~ 100Kpa).
• The instrument is explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it is still necessary to avoid non-essential use in extremely hazardous or open flame environments.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, which can be dust- and water-proof, but not submersible equipment.
Sensors are regularly calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Please use the matching charger when charging, and note that the overcharge protection function is normal.
• The instrument is equipped with a dust Filter, which should be checked and replaced in time when used in a dust environment.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
