GT1000- Portable Gas detector is a high-performance detection equipment of KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability. The whole machine performance ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and Humidity detection. Users can customize various parameters according to their needs, and the operation is simple.

Measurement accuracy is the highest in the industry with a new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.

Principle
The Portable Gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. After the gas passes through the dust Filter, it enters a specially designed gas chamber and contacts the imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, analyzed and temperature compensated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate concentration value is displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and can be stored Data or output according to the settings.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Mode settings: Set detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3. Unit selection: Switch concentration units freely between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L as needed.
4. Start detection: Gas detection using built-in pump suction sampling, the instrument automatically displays real-time concentration and Temperature Humidity.
5. Data viewing: View real-time data directly on the screen or retrieve stored historical data.
6. Data export/printing: Connect the device through the corresponding interface to export data or connect the micro printer to print data.
7.Calibrate: Sensor calibrate with up to 6 target points through full software Automatic calibration function to ensure accuracy.
8. Shutdown: After completing the detection, shut down according to the operation.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation, please use it in the specified environment.
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa to ensure normal pumping function in a micro-negative pressure environment.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be operated under safety regulations to avoid use in hazardous environments beyond the Explosion-proof level.
• Built-in 4000mA rechargeable battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function and use the matching charger to charge.
• The instrument adopts a dustproof and waterproof design (IP65) and is equipped with a dust filter, but it is recommended to check and clean the filter regularly after use in harsh situations.
• Sensor calibrating, please use standard gas and strictly follow the calibrating procedure to ensure linear and accurate measurement.
• Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference to prevent the detection accuracy.
• Net weight of the instrument is 0.5Kg, and the shell material is ABS + PC. Please avoid violent impact or drop when using it.
