Principle
Gas detector adopts pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be measured is sucked into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with microcontroller technology to detect and analyze gas concentration. The microprocessor collects and processes the Sensor signal, and finally displays the gas concentration value on the screen.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power, and install or confirm the Sensor combination according to the detection requirements.
2. Parameter settings: Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, customize the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters.
3. Start detection: align the instrument sampling port or place it in the environment to be tested, and start the air pump to suck gas for detection.
4. Data reading: View the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen (can switch PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L units) and temperature Humidity information.
5. Data management: You can view historical data on the screen, perform Data storage, export or connect to a micro printer to print data.
6.Calibrate and maintain: Using the full software Automatic calibration function, Sensor calibrates up to 6 target points to ensure measurement accuracy. The instrument supports data recovery function.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation, do not use in an environment beyond this range.
• Operating Pressure Range of Instrument -30~ 100Kpa, please use in the specified air pressure environment.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it should still be used with caution in hazardous locations that meet explosion-proof requirements.
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, with certain dustproof and waterproof ability, with dust filter, but still need to avoid long-term immersion or extreme physical Impact.
• When using the built-in air pump, pay attention to the smooth air path to avoid blockage to ensure that the Sensor is not disturbed by pressure.
• Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and linearity of measurements.
• Pay attention to the battery power and use the supporting charging equipment to charge. The instrument has an overcharge protection function, but it is still necessary to avoid excessive discharge.
• When using in an environment where there may be static electricity and strong magnetic field interference, please pay attention to the state of the instrument, although the product has an anti-static and anti-magnetic field interference design.
Before cleaning and maintaining the instrument, make sure it is turned off and disconnected from power.
Do not disassemble or modify the instrument by yourself, so as not to affect the performance or cause danger.
