GT1000- Portable Gas detector is a high-performance detection equipment of KORNO brand, suitable for gas concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, with fast Response Speed, High Measurement accuracy, Good Stability and Repeatability, and the performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and Humidity detection. The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.

Principle
The Portable Gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck the environment gas into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with a new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip, for High Accuracy measurement and analysis of gas concentration. Its reasonable gas chamber design can ensure that the Sensor is not disturbed by pressure. The result measurement is displayed in real time through a 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and Data storage, processing and output can be carried out as needed.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters in the menu.
3. Align the instrument sampling port or inhale the gas to be measured through the air pump.
4. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen, and the concentration unit can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L.
5. You can view historical data through the screen, or use the data export and printing functions.
6. After use, shut down and perform maintenance as required.
Notice
* Instrument Ambient Temperature is -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation, Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please use in the specified environment.
* The instrument has an explosion-proof mark (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be operated under safety regulations to avoid use in hazardous environments beyond the Explosion-proof level requirements.
* Please make sure that the Sensor has been calibrated before use to ensure measurement accuracy. The instrument supports full software Automatic calibration and 6-level target point Adjustment.
* Built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please pay attention to overcharge protection and charge according to specifications.
* The instrument adopts a dustproof and waterproof design and is equipped with a dust filter, but it is recommended to clean and maintain it in time after use in harsh situations.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument to ensure normal function.
* When using the built-in air pump in a micro-negative pressure environment, please ensure that the air circuit is connected normally to prevent pressure interference from affecting the Sensor.
