It has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. It supports various functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and Humidity detection. It is easy to operate and users can customize and set various parameters.

Principle
The Portable Gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks the environment gas into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas is in contact with the built-in import electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas sensor through a well-designed gas chamber. The sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and analyzed by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the accurate concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to deal with the impact of Ambient Temperature changes on the measurement results and ensure the accuracy of the detection.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power, and install or confirm the Sensor combination according to the detection requirements.
2. Mode settings: Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, adjust the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. as needed.
3. calibrating and compensation: using the full software Automatic calibration function of the instrument, it can calibrate up to 6 target points to ensure accuracy; the instrument has its own temperature compensation function.
4. Start detection: Start the air pump, place the sampling Probe in the environment to be tested, and the instrument automatically inhales the gas and detects it.
5. Data reading and switching: Read the gas concentration in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen, which can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four units, and automatically switch between high and low ranges.
6. Data management: Detection data can be stored in real time or regularly (up to 30,800 groups per channel), historical data can be viewed on the screen, and data export or printing can be supported by connecting to a micro printer.
7. Temperature and Humidity Detection: Simultaneously detect the temperature and Humidity value of the gas in the field or pipeline.
8. Shutdown and maintenance: shut down after testing, calibrate and maintain regularly to ensure instrument performance.
Notice
* Do not use the instrument under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in pressure environment beyond this range.
Pay attention to the explosion-proof marking of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
* The instrument has a Protection Rating of IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid prolonged immersion or strong water flow Impact.
* Make sure the Sensor is in good condition before use and calibrate regularly to specifications.
* The built-in 4000mA battery is a rechargeable polymer battery, please pay attention to the overcharge protection function and use the matching charger to charge.
* When working in a micro-negative pressure environment, rely on the built-in air pump, please ensure that the air passage is unobstructed and the dust Filter is clean.
The instrument is protected from overvoltage, overcharge, anti-static, and magnetic field interference, but it should still be avoided near strong sources of interference.
When exporting or printing data, ensure that the connected devices are compatible and operate correctly.
