Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas passes through a reasonably designed gas chamber and contacts the built-in imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, analyzed and temperature compensated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate concentration value is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument supports multiple concentration unit conversion and automatic range switching.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-test.
3. Set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode and other parameters through the Chinese/English menu.
4. Place the sampling Probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling detection.
5. Read data such as gas concentration, temperature and Humidity in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen.
6. You can view historical storage data through the menu, or connect a printer for data printing.
7. After the detection is completed, turn off the air pump and exit the detection mode.
8. Connect the computer through the data cable to export the stored data.
9. Turn off the machine after use and charge the instrument in time.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• Do not use in environments beyond the Operating Pressure Range (-30~ 100Kpa).
• The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but should still be avoided in extremely hazardous or open flame environments.
Periodically calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy and linearity.
• Use the matching charger to charge to avoid overcharging.
• Pay attention to protect the instrument to avoid violent impact, static electricity or strong magnetic field interference.
• When sampling, make sure the Dust Filter is clean to avoid clogging affecting the detection.
• Battery capacity is large, it is recommended to charge and maintain regularly when not in use for a long time.
