Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. The gas is contacted by the built-in import electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas sensor through a reasonably designed gas chamber. The sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed and calculated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate concentration value is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to deal with the impact of Ambient Temperature changes on the measurement and ensure the accuracy of the data.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Mode settings: Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, adjust the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, and air pump mode as needed.
3. Unit switch: Select one of the four concentration units PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L in the settings.
4. Start detection: The instrument starts the air pump, automatically performs gas sampling and detection, and the screen displays the gas concentration and temperature Humidity value in real time.
5. Data viewing: Real-time data and historical storage data can be viewed directly on the screen.
6. Data export/printing: Connect the corresponding device for data export or printing.
7.Calibrate: Automatic calibration function with full software, calibrate with up to 6 target points to ensure measurement accuracy.
8. Shutdown: After completing the detection, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
• Operating Pressure range of -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in pressure environment beyond this range.
• Pay attention to the explosion-proof mark of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
• The built-in battery is a rechargeable polymer battery. Please pay attention to the overcharge protection function when using it, and charge it according to the specifications.
• The instrument is equipped with a Dust Filter, make sure the Filter is effective when used in harsh environments and maintain it regularly.
• When calibrating, use standard gas and follow the operation steps strictly to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
