Principle
The Portable Gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument adopts an imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip for data processing, to achieve fast and accurate measurement of gas concentration. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with the impact of environment changes on measurement.

Steps
1. Turn on the instrument.
2. Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters according to the detection requirements.
3. Align the instrument sampling port or place it in the gas environment to be tested, and start the built-in air pump for sampling detection.
4. Read the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen (the unit can be freely switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L) and temperature Humidity information.
5. During or after the detection process, historical data can be viewed on the screen.
6. According to the needs, perform data export or connect a micro printer to print data.
7. Turn off the machine after use, and charge and maintain if necessary.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature of the instrument is -30~ 60 ℃, Environmental humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation, Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please use in the specified environment.
• The instrument has an explosion-proof mark (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be operated under safety regulations to avoid use in hazardous environments beyond the Explosion-proof level requirements.
• In order to ensure measurement accuracy, it is necessary to regularly use the full software Automatic calibration of the instrument and 6-level target point Adjustment to calibrate.
• Although the instrument is designed to be dustproof, waterproof and equipped with a dust filter, it is still necessary to avoid long-term use in extremely harsh conditions to prevent damage.
• When using the built-in air pump, pay attention to its Operating Pressure Range to ensure normal operation in a micro-negative pressure environment.
• Pay attention to the battery power and use the supporting charger to charge in time. The instrument has an overcharge protection function, but it is still recommended to standardize charging.
When using in an environment with potential static electricity or magnetic field interference, please note that although the instrument has a protective function, it is still necessary to avoid strong interference as much as possible.
