Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method, which sucks environment gases into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported gas Sensor based on electrochemistry or infrared absorption principles. When the target gas (such as chlorine) enters the Sensor, an electrical signal or Optical inspection signal change proportional to the gas concentration is generated. These signals are converted into digital signals by High Accuracy's 24-bit ADC data collection chip, which are then processed, calculated and temperature compensated by a 32-bit microprocessor. Finally, the accurate gas concentration value is displayed on the screen and can be stored or output according to the settings.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-test.
3. Set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode and other parameters through the Chinese/English menu.
4. The sampling Probe is placed in the environment to be tested, and the instrument is detected by built-in pump suction sampling.
5. Read the gas concentration value (unit can be switched) and temperature Humidity information in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen.
6. Historical storage data can be viewed through the menu.
7. When necessary, you can connect the computer to export data through the data cable, or connect the micro printer to print data.
8. Turn off the machine after use and clean and maintain the instrument.
9. Automatic calibration of the whole software is carried out regularly according to the instructions to ensure the accuracy of measurement.
Notice
* Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in pressure environments beyond this range.
* Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or strong Impact when using.
* The built-in battery is a 4000mAh rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger, and note that although the overcharge protection function is available, it is still recommended to avoid overcharging.
The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but please use it within the specified explosion-proof area and follow the relevant safety regulations.
* When sampling, please ensure that the air path is unobstructed, and the dust Filter needs to be checked or replaced regularly.
* Sensor calibrating, please use standard gas and follow the calibrating procedure strictly.
The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data regularly for backup.
If the instrument is not used for a long time, please charge it regularly to keep the battery active.
