Principle
The gas detector uses the pump-suction Sampling method, and the gas to be tested is sucked into the inside of the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The gas is in contact with the imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor built in the instrument, and the Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The microcontroller (using semiconductor nanotechnology ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor) collects and processes the electrical signal with High Accuracy through the 24-bit ADC data collection chip, and combines functions such as temperature compensation to display the gas concentration value accurately on the screen.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. Set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters as needed.
3. Place the instrument sampling Probe in the environment or pipeline to be tested.
4. Start the air pump to suck the gas, and the instrument automatically detects and displays the real-time concentration (the unit can be switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L).
5. Historical data records can be viewed directly on the screen.
6. After the inspection is completed, you can connect the computer to export the data through the data cable, or connect the micro printer to print the data.
7. Turn off the machine after use and charge it in time.
Notice
* Ambient Temperature -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
* Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa.
* The instrument is explosion-proof design (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment.
Periodically calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Note that the Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or strong Impact when using.
* Please use the matching charger when charging, and pay attention to the status of the overcharge protection function.
* When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to charge regularly to maintain battery performance.
* When using the Dust Filter, it needs to be checked and replaced regularly to ensure smooth sampling and Sensor life.
