GT-1000-CL2 (0-2000ppm) Portable Gas detector is a product of KORNO brand, which is suitable for chlorine (CL2) concentration detection in various industrial environments and special environments. The instrument adopts imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor and microcontroller technology, and has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, Stability and Repeatability. The performance of the whole machine ranks among the top in China. It has a built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery and is equipped with a 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen. It supports functions such as historical data viewing, storage, printing, export and temperature and Humidity detection. The parameters can be customized by users and the operation is simple.

Measurement accuracy is the highest in the industry with a new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip.
Adopt 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial-grade color screen (resolution 320x480), which can display technical indicators and gas concentration values well.

Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the environment gas into the inside of the instrument. The gas is contacted by the built-in import electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas sensor through a well-designed gas chamber. The sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed, analyzed and calculated by a 24-bit ADC data collection chip and an ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor, and finally displays the accurate concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure the accuracy of measurement results.

Steps
1. Boot Check: Ensure that the instrument has sufficient power and the Sensor and Filter are in normal condition.
2. Mode settings: Set the required detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode and air pump mode through the menu.
3. Parameter calibrating: Sensor calibrating up to 6 target points using full software Automatic calibration function as needed.
4. Start testing: Start the instrument, the built-in air pump starts to work, and the gas to be tested is sucked for testing.
5. Data reading: View gas concentration (unit can be switched), temperature Humidity and other information in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen.
6. Data management: You can view historical storage data on the screen, or perform subsequent analysis through the data export function, or you can connect a micro printer to print data.
7. Shutdown and maintenance: shut down after the inspection is completed, calibrate and maintain regularly to ensure instrument performance.
Notice
* Please use in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH without condensation, air pressure -30~ 100Kpa).
* The instrument is designed to be explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it should still be avoided in hazardous locations beyond the explosion-proof level.
* Note that the Protection Rating is IP65, which can be dustproof and waterproof, but should avoid prolonged soaking or extreme conditions.
* Make sure the Sensor is not blocked or contaminated before use, and the Dust Filter needs to be checked and replaced regularly.
* Please use the matching charger when charging, pay attention to the overcharge protection function, but it is still not recommended to overcharge for a long time.
The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data regularly for backup.
* Avoid instrument from strong static electricity or magnetic field interference to prevent affecting Measurement accuracy.
* When calibrating, use standard gas and operate in a safe environment.
* If not in use for a long time, please charge the battery regularly to maintain battery activity.
