Built-in 4000mA large-capacity polymer rechargeable battery, adopts 3.5-inch full-view IPS industrial color screen, with Data storage, printing, export and Temperature and Humidity detection functions, simple operation, users can customize various parameters according to their needs.

Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method, with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the gas to be tested into the air chamber inside the instrument. The core of the instrument adopts an imported gas Sensor based on electrochemistry or infrared absorption principle. When the target gas (such as chlorine) comes into contact with the Sensor, it will generate an electrical signal or Optical inspection signal change proportional to the gas concentration. The signal is processed and converted by a microprocessor and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip for High Accuracy, and finally the gas concentration value is displayed on the screen in real time. The instrument has a temperature compensation function to correct the impact of Ambient Temperature on the measurement result to ensure accurate data.

Steps
1. Boot inspection: Make sure that the instrument has sufficient power, and turn it on for self-inspection.
2. Mode settings: According to the detection requirements, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3.Calibrate: Full software Automatic calibration or 6-level target point calibrating with standard gas as required.
4. Sampling detection: Start the built-in air pump and place the sampling Probe in the environment to be tested for gas sampling.
5. Reading recording: Read the gas concentration in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS color screen (the unit can be switched), and choose to store the data.
6. Data management: You can view historical data on the instrument screen, or transfer it to an external device through the data export function, or connect a micro printer to print data.
7. Shut down: After the test is completed, turn off the instrument.
Notice
• Please use it in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH without condensation, air pressure -30~ 100Kpa).
• Avoid use in hazardous locations that exceed the Explosion-proof level.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Pay attention to the instrument's Protection Rating (IP65), but still avoid prolonged immersion or strong Impacts.
• Use the matching charger to charge the built-in polymer battery, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• When sampling, make sure the air path is clear and the dust Filter is clean to ensure that the Sensor is free from contamination and pressure interference.
• The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data regularly for backup.
• Please follow the menu guidelines when operating to avoid misoperation.
