Principle
The instrument uses a pump-suction Sampling method with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the gas to be tested into the detector. When the gas passes through the Sensor (such as electrochemistry or infrared absorption Sensor), the Sensor generates a corresponding electrical signal according to the gas concentration. The signal is processed and analyzed by a microprocessor (using a new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor) and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip, and finally the gas concentration value is displayed in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. Data storage, printing and export can be carried out.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. Set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters as needed.
3. Place the instrument sampling port in the environment to be tested or connect the sampling tube.
4. Start the air pump for sampling detection and read the real-time gas concentration value on the screen.
5. Historical data records can be viewed on the screen.
6. After the test is completed, you can connect the computer to export the data through the data cable, or connect the micro printer to print the data.
7. After use, shut down the machine and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance on the instrument.
Notice
* Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* Do not use in environments beyond the Operating Pressure Range (-30~ 100Kpa).
* The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment and comply with relevant safety regulations.
* Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but after long-term use in harsh environments, the Dust Filter should be checked and cleaned in time.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
Periodically calibrate instruments and Sensors to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Please use the matching charger to charge the built-in 4000mA polymer battery, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
