Principle
The instrument uses the pump-suction Sampling method, with a built-in powerful air pump to suck the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument. When the gas passes through the Sensor (such as electrochemistry or infrared absorption Sensor), the Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. The microprocessor (using a 32-bit ultra-low power processor and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip) processes, analyzes and calculates the signal, and finally displays the gas concentration value in real time on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. Data storage, printing and export can be carried out.

Steps
1. Turn it on to check the power and status of the instrument.
2. Set the detection mode, storage mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters as needed.
3. Place the instrument sampling port in the environment to be tested or connect the sampling tube.
4. Start the air pump, the instrument starts automatic sampling and real-time display of gas concentration (CLO2, etc.) and temperature Humidity value.
5. You can view real-time data, historical data, or perform Unit switching (PPM,% VOL, etc.) through the screen.
6. After the inspection, you can export the data or connect the micro printer to print the data.
7. Shut down and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance on the instrument.
Notice
• Please use it in the working environment specified by the instrument (temperature -30~ 60 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH without condensation, air pressure -30~ 100Kpa).
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but it still needs to be operated in a specified hazardous location.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is equipped with a dust filter, and it should also be protected when used in harsh environments.
• The built-in battery is a 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• Regularly calibrate the Sensor to ensure measurement accuracy with Adjustment of up to 6 target points.
• The instrument is designed to be dustproof and waterproof, but it still needs to be cleaned after use, especially the sampling port and Filter.
• Avoid strong static or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
• The data storage capacity is 30800 groups of single channel, pay attention to regularly export data to avoid full storage.
