Principle
The gas detector uses a pump-suction Sampling method to suck environment gases into the air chamber inside the instrument through a built-in powerful air pump. The core of the instrument uses an imported electrochemistry/infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with a new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and a 24-bit ADC data collection chip. High Accuracy detection and analysis of target gas (such as CLO2) concentration. The detection results are displayed in real time through a 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen, and can be used for Data storage, processing or output as needed.

Steps
1. Check whether the Appearance and accessories are in good condition before starting.
2. Press the power button for a long time to turn it on, and the instrument will self-check.
3. Through the full Chinese/English operation menu, set the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode and other parameters as needed.
4. The sampling Probe is placed in the environment or pipeline to be tested, and the instrument is detected by built-in pump suction sampling.
5. View the gas concentration (unit can be switched between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L) and temperature Humidity data in real time on the 3.5-inch color screen.
6. During or after the inspection process, historical data can be viewed on the screen, or recorded through data export and micro-printer printing functions.
7. After use, shut down and clean and maintain the instrument.
Notice
* Do not use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ° C) or Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation).
* Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, do not use in pressure environment beyond this range.
Pay attention to the explosion-proof marking of the instrument (ExdII CT4), please use it in the specified explosion-proof area.
* The instrument is equipped with a Dust Filter, make sure the Filter is effective when used in harsh environments and replace it regularly.
Avoid strong static electricity or magnetic field interference in the instrument.
* Please use the factory-specified power supply to charge the built-in 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery to take advantage of the overcharge protection function.
* To ensure measurement accuracy, please regularly follow the instructions for full software Automatic calibration or 6-level target point calibrating.
* The instrument shell is made of ABS + PC material, please avoid severe impact or scratching when using.
If not in use for a long time, please charge and maintain the instrument regularly.
