The parameters can be customized by users, and the operation is simple.

Principle
The gas detector adopts the pump-suction Sampling method, and the built-in powerful air pump sucks the gas to be tested into the air chamber inside the instrument. The core of the instrument adopts imported electrochemistry or infrared absorption gas Sensor, combined with the new semiconductor nano-process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data collection chip, High Accuracy acquisition and processing of gas concentration signals. Fast Response and accurate measurement are implemented through microcontroller technology, and the results are displayed on the 3.5-inch IPS industrial color screen. Data storage, printing and export are supported at the same time.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Mode settings: Select and adjust the detection mode, storage mode, printing mode, display mode, air pump mode, etc. through the menu.
3. Unit switching: According to needs, free switching between PPM,% VOL, mg/m3, mg/L four concentration units.
4. Gas detection: The sampling Probe is placed in the environment to be tested, the instrument automatically inhales the gas and detects it, and the concentration value is displayed on the screen in real time.
5. Data viewing: View historical detection data on the screen through the menu function.
6. Data export/printing: Connect the corresponding device to perform data export or printing operations.
7.Calibrate: The Sensor is calibrated through the full software Automatic calibration function or 6-level target point Adjustment to ensure accuracy.
8. Shutdown: After completing the detection, press the power button to shut down.
Notice
• Please use within the range of Ambient Temperature (-30~ 60 ℃) and Humidity (≤ 95% RH, no condensation) of the instrument.
• Operating Pressure range is -30~ 100Kpa, please ensure that the instrument can work normally in a micro negative pressure environment.
• The instrument is marked explosion-proof (ExdII CT4), but still needs to be used in the specified explosion-proof environment.
• Note that the Protection Rating of the instrument is IP65, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or strong Impact when using it.
• The built-in battery is a 4000mA rechargeable polymer battery, please use the matching charger to charge, and pay attention to the overcharge protection function.
• The instrument is equipped with a Dust Filter. When used in harsh environments, please pay attention to regularly check or replace the Filter to ensure detection accuracy and Sensor life.
• When calibrating, use standard gas and follow the operating instructions strictly to ensure the accuracy and linearity of the measurement.
• The instrument has a data recovery function, but it is recommended to export important data regularly for backup.
